Walid Nammour is the CEO of Augusta Victoria Hospital. A Palestinian refugee born in the Old City of Jerusalem, Mr. Nammour holds a degree in health management and has more than thirty years of health care and hospital executive and strategic management analysis expertise. He trained in England and France and was a Fulbright student at George Washington University in Washington, D.C. before assuming various leadership positions in the public sector in Palestine and in many NGOs, which has given him an in-depth understanding of the health care sector in Palestine and its multi-faceted components.
