Riyam Kafri AbuLaban is an educator, writer, and food enthusiast. She holds a PhD in organic chemistry and currently serves as the Ramallah Friends School-Upper School principal. She is a wife and mother of two. On weekends her kitchen smells of za’atar, cinnamon, lemon, and honey.
