Reem Khalil, country director for DROSOS FOUNDATION, is a civil engineer with a master’s degree in environmental and water resources engineering from the University of Texas at Austin, and a certified project management professional. A cross-sector senior executive with over 15 years of progressive management and knowledge in the development sector, she has broad experience in program management applied to social change interventions, socioeconomic development, local governance, vocational training, and policy and reform institutionalization.
