Per Unheim is Director, Strategic Initiatives and a governance specialist at Cowater International. The Generating Revenue Opportunities for Women and Female Youth in the West Bank (GROW) Project is funded by the Government of Canada and implemented by Cowater International in cooperation with the Ministry of National Economy, PENRA, the Ministry of Women’s Affairs, and the Engineers Association Jerusalem Center (EAJC).
