H.E. Mufid Al Hasayna is Minister of Public Works and Housing. He holds a PhD in engineering from the United States, and he has supervised many important projects in Gaza, in addition to the reconstruction process, as he was appointed Minister of Public Works and Housing following the 2014 war.
