Michel Awad is a co-founder and the executive director of Siraj Center. He is a board member of the Holy Land Incoming Tour Operators Association and an executive board member of the Network of Palestinian Tourism Organizations. Michel was a member of the Steering Committee for the Palestinian Initiative for Responsible Tourism (PIRT). At present, he is also a member of the Palestinian Taskforce for Recovery Post COVID-19 and a member of the consultation council for the Palestinian Ministry of Tourism.
