Jamal Haddad is general manager of the Palestine for Development Foundation, where he oversees the Palestine Investment Fund’s Ruwwad program for social investment and local empowerment. He also serves as CEO of the Mahmoud Abbas Foundation. With a multi-sector career that spans more than 25 years, Jamal Haddad has been at the forefront of business development, management, marketing, and communications in Palestine. Mr. Haddad obtained his MBA from the University of Exeter in the United Kingdom, and his BSc in accounting from Birzeit University in Palestine.
