Ms. Hanan Kamar is currently the UN Women Justice Analyst for the Sawasya II, the UNDP-UN Women-UNICEF Joint Rule of Law Programme in the State of Palestine. She holds a master of science degree in criminology and criminal justice from the University of Portsmouth in the United Kingdom, and a master’s degree in international studies from Birzeit University. Hanan has over 13 years of professional experience in key human rights and gender equality domains, including gender justice, ending violence against women, and women’s access to justice.
