Fouad Muaddi is the head of the Tourist Information Centers Division in Ramallah. He studied foreign applied languages at the University of Montaigne in Bordeaux, and speaks five languages. He graduated with a master’s degree in managing and planning tourist tools, sites, and territories from the Institute for Future Development, Tourism, and Urbanism in Bordeaux, France. Fouad is a member of the work team of the Ramallah Marketing Strategy and volunteers with many civil society associations to improve tourist services at the local level.
