Bishara Dabbah became a certified financial controller in 2014, holding an MBA degree and having passed the examination of certified public accountant in the State of Virginia in 1988. His professional experience includes serving as general manager of the Arab Palestinian Investment Bank, country manager of the Cairo Amman Bank, and vice president of finance at Birzeit University. Currently, he is a financial consultant in the areas of banking and finance.
