Amani Aruri is a women’s rights activist and a member of the Global Youth Task on Beijing +25, an assembly member of UN Women Gender Innovation AGORA, and co-founder and member of Eastern Bani Zaid Youth Local Council. Holding a master’s degree in economics from Birzeit University, she has managed innovative programs that help youth and women in Palestine aim for brighter careers.
